Job Overview

We are seeking a Kids' Pastor/Director who is committed to the mission of Fellowship Bible Church and is a gifted, experienced and skilled leader in Kids' Ministry. We are looking for someone who has a clear vision and strategy for ministry to children from birth through fifth grade, and can lead a team of highly competent staff and volunteers to better impact our community and the world with the gospel.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• At least 5 years of applicable ministry experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Possesses strong communications skills; highly relational, outgoing personality
• Empathetic leader, capable of demonstrating compassion and understanding
• Leads with a servant's heart
• Tenacious, self-starter, and self-motivated
• Comfortable in both large and small group settings

Personal Characteristics & Qualifications

• Evidence of a deepening walk with the Lord Jesus. Receive joyfully the biblical admonition to "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18).
• Spiritually mature and emotionally stable with a high leadership IQ.
• Embraces ministry and discipleship as a lifestyle, not just a job.
• If married, must have a supportive and engaged spouse.
