Job Description

Qualifications:

• Has a track record of growing a ministry with people from multi-generational backgrounds and economic statuses.

• Has experience working as an effective leader of ministry teams, with the responsibility of providing vision for volunteers.

• Has experience developing and monitoring a vibrant, creative, and attractive children's ministry that is equally focused on family-based discipleship.

• Has experience with creativity in using children's ministry curriculum.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong, demonstrated relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Faithfully committed to personally follow and apply Biblical principles and possess a high level of integrity, loyalty, and honor for Godly leadership.

• Self-led, self-starter and goal-oriented worker.
