• Formal ministry education preferred but not required

• Visionary with passion for growth, discipleship, and investing in youth and next-generation leadership

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Minister who will passionately shepherd, lead, and grow our church family. This person will have a heart for investing in the next generation of believers and leaders, helping Paoli Christian Church remain vibrant and relevant for years to come. We want a leader who prioritizes their family as their first ministry and who will work closely with our elders, staff, and volunteers to advance the gospel and deepen discipleship.
