Job Description
The Lead Pastor at Cherry Point Baptist Church will provide spiritual and administrative leadership to the congregation, staff, and church ministries. Key responsibilities include delivering biblically sound and engaging sermons that resonate across generational lines, casting and implementing a fresh vision for church growth and revitalization, providing pastoral care through visitations, counseling, and mentoring, overseeing the development and strengthening of youth and children's ministries, and collaborating with church leadership to streamline the existing committee structure for more effective ministry.
