Coastway Church in Conway, SC is prayerfully seeking the man God has chosen to lead our church into the future. We are a four-year-old church plant with a high-commitment culture that is primed for growth. We are strategically near a major university campus and are seeking to multiply the gospel throughout the Grand Strand and to the entire world. The Lead Pastor will serve as the spiritual and organizational leader of the church, responsible for preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and guiding the church in its mission and ministries. He will also be responsible for partner development, coordination of outreach, and should be equipped to transition Coastway from its planting stage into its next phase as a thriving, independent, self-governing church. We are looking for a pastor who will lead with humility and faithfully proclaim the Gospel in both word and action.
