A Godly man who exalts God and is a committed follower of Jesus Christ, bears the gifts for ministry and joyfully accepts his responsibility, convinced of God's leadership and affirmation of the church. Exposits Scripture faithfully as the infallible Word of God Equips the Saints by being a Shepherd who has a gift of being committed to the discipleship of all Believers and shepherding them with compassion and encourage them in their walk with Christ. Evangelist who has a heart for and provides leadership in evangelism, outreach, and missions, emphasizing the need for qualified persons to respond to God's call. A Baptist who will faithfully agree to the Articles of Faith founded in the Church constitution as well as be committed to and be proponent of the Biblical Baptist Distinctives.
