First Baptist McAlester is seeking a Children's Ministry Leader for our Children's Ministry ("MAC Kids", birth through 6th grade). This role involves developing and implementing a clear path for children's spiritual growth while aligning with the overall vision and ministry of the church.

The church's mission is to Gather, Grow, and Go in Jesus. Everything done at First Baptist must align with this mission.

This ministry leader will be a part of the Ministerial Staff.
