Job Overview

The Pastor will serve as a shepherd, teacher, and leader within the church body, faithfully preaching God's Word, equipping the saints for ministry, and walking alongside the elders in spiritual oversight of the congregation.

Job Description

• Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully and consistently
• Lead with the elders in shepherding the congregation and discerning God's direction for the church
• Provide pastoral care, discipleship, and counseling as needed
• Equip and encourage the body to live out the Great Commission
• Model servant leadership in word and deed
