Job Overview

Logansport Church is seeking to fill a full-time position for a lead pastor. Logansport Church consists of a weekly average attendance of >200 across 2 services on Sunday morning. The new pastor will work with the Youth/Worship Pastor and Secretary and be responsible for the overall leadership of the day-to-day operations of the church. They will provide oversight over a team of parishioners that work with our Friday night Celebrate Recovery and in-house Kidz Connection Daycare.

Responsibilities – Preaching/Teaching—the Lead Pastor is responsible for the bulk of the preaching and teaching – Leadership/Management—the Lead Pastor will serve as the spiritual and organizational leader of the congregation – Pastoral Care—the Lead Pastor will provide pastoral care when needed – Public Presence—the Pastor has the privilege of representing the congregation in the community – The Lead Pastor leads, manages, and holds accountable the staff that currently includes a Youth\Worship Pastor, Office
