Oak Crest Baptist Church is a confessional, covenantal, reformed Baptist church in Midlothian, TX that is elder led, deacon served, congregation affirmed looking for a Lead Pastor to serve full-time along with staff and lay elders. The right candidate must be reformed, adhere to the 1689 LBC, covenant theology, and expository preaching, have strength in shepherding and have theological training. Needs to have strong leadership skills, be an effective communicator, and have love, compassion and empathy for the flock.
