Position Qualifications:

Preaching and Teaching

-Prepare and deliver biblically sound sermons weekly -Oversee teaching ministry and ensure theological alignment

Leadership & Vision

-Lead the church in casting and implementing vision and strategy

-Supervise and mentor staff and ministry leaders

Pastoral Care

-Shepherd leaders, staff and members offering guidance and encouragement to those serving in ministry roles

Administration

-Collaborate with Elders on Church oversight

-Ensure effective collaboration among staff

-Manage budget
