Springhill Baptist, a Southern Baptist conservative congregation located in Millport, Alabama, is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our church family in spiritual growth, biblical teaching, and faithful service.

Qualifications:

A calling to pastoral ministry, with a heart for God and His people Strong commitment to Southern Baptist beliefs and practices Previous pastoral experience (whether as a pastor or youth minister) is preferred but not required Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Lead weekly worship services and deliver biblically sound sermons Provide pastoral care and counseling to members of the congregation Lead in outreach, discipleship, and community engagement Work alongside church leadership and ministry teams to fulfill the mission of the church
