Thomasville Road Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida is prayerfully seeking a man called by God to be our full-time Lead Pastor.

TRBC is led by the Lead Pastor, the Elders, other Ministerial Staff, Deacons, the Church Clerk, and Trustees/Corporate Officers. The Lead Pastor serves as an Elder and is the first among equals within the Elder Council.

Minimum Education and Experience and Salary Range

• An advanced degree from an SBC seminary or similar accredited Christian university or seminary, holding at least a Master of Divinity degree.
• Agreement with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.
• Ordained by a Southern Baptist Church.
• At least three (3) years of lead pastoral experience in a church averaging an attendance of 250 or more each Sunday.
• Salary ranges between $75,000 and $90,000 annually. Additional benefits include health insurance for the Lead Pastor and his family, life insurance for the Pastor, long-term disability coverage, and a 10% retirement contribution.
