Job Description:

The Vine Pastoral Counseling Center is seeking a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, LICSW, or equivalent) to join our team full time. This position includes a caseload of 24 clinical hours per week, with additional time for documentation, meetings, and professional development.

The therapist will provide individual, couple, and family counseling, with opportunities to design and lead community workshops. As part of our growing ministry, you will join a collaborative team committed to integrating professional care with faith-based resources in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

Position Qualifications:

• Current licensure to practice in Alabama required (LMFT, LPC, LICSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
• Theological training preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Benefits include paid vacation hours and support for medical premiums or retirement.
