At Ligonier Ministries, we are seeking a Manager, Fundraising & Partnership Development to oversee and expand our Ministry Partner Program, lead direct response fundraising efforts, and manage the logistics that ensure an exceptional donor experience. In this role, you'll develop and execute fundraising campaigns, optimize donor engagement strategies, and lead a team to drive donor retention and recurring giving. Your leadership will directly impact how we connect supporters to Ligonier's mission, ensuring they are engaged, informed, and inspired to advance God's truth worldwide.
At Ligonier, donor engagement is more than fundraising—it's discipleship. By stewarding relationships with ministry partners and donors, you'll play a key role in deepening their connection to the ministry, demonstrating impact, and expanding the reach of trusted biblical teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow Ligonier's Ministry Partner Program, driving donor acquisition, retention, and recurring giving.
- Develop and execute direct response fundraising campaigns, including email, direct mail, outbound calls, and digital appeals.
- Analyze donor data and evaluate fundraising ROI, using insights to optimize engagement and increase giving.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft compelling donor appeals and stewardship materials.
- Oversee the logistics and fulfillment of the Ministry Partner Program, ensuring timely delivery of donor materials such as Tabletalk, booklets, and personalized communications.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance, donor engagement, and fundraising effectiveness.
- Manage and develop a team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Partner with Advancement, Data, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of donor revenue.
- Manage the annual fundraising budget, including forecasting and strategic planning.
Position Qualifications:
- A deep commitment to Ligonier's mission and the ability to affirm the Ligonier Ministries Core Statement of Faith.
- 5+ years of experience in donor engagement, direct response fundraising, or nonprofit marketing.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating campaign performance and donor engagement metrics.
- Proficiency with fundraising technology and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, balancing both strategy and execution.
- A strategic thinker with a deep passion for Ligonier's mission and a heart for donor stewardship.
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, FL. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $85,000 – $95,000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
