Job Overview

CentrePointe Counseling is seeking a professionally-experienced Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to help bring attention to the important work of our non-profit, Christian organization providing mental health care services through licensed, Christian counselors.

Join a supportive, faith-driven community of Christian counselors on mission to provide accessible mental health care services and to build up and restore church ministries and communities. The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will help increase awareness and engagement through compelling content and strategic marketing.

This is a part-time, virtual role focused on planning, designing, and producing marketing content and materials under the direction of the Executive Director. Youʼll play a vital role in increasing visibility of our services and mission across the DMV and beyond.

• Hours: 3.5 hours per week (flexible upon setting a weekly schedule) • Compensation: $25‒$33/hour equivalent (W-2 or contract-based) • Location: Remote, but must be Maryland-based; occasional in-person meetings • Start Date: June 2025

Note: Candidates must reside in Maryland and be available to drive to occasional in-person staff meetings.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Manage and schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and possibly X (Twitter), and coordinate social media planning with contract support staff • Create and coordinate engaging quotes, photos, and videos from counselors, clients, and donors • Design promotional graphics for digital and print materials (e.g., flyers, postcards, business cards, website) • Edit video content usable for social media, website, newsletters, and presentations • Edit and upload Continuing Education recordings to YouTube with branded intro/outro • Maintain digital media libraries and file organization • Plan content and marketing strategy for the year • Conduct digital marketing and analytics research to improve engagement and reach • Occasionally assist with headshot photography or special projects such as the Annual Report (layout and images; production begins in August for November publication)

Technical Skills Required • Design & Editing: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools • Social Media & Marketing: Canva, Creator Studio or similar CMS; Mailchimp; Eventbrite • Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn • Video Editing: Experience editing for YouTube and social media platforms
