About the Candidate

• Called to serve in missions • Skilled in analytical thinking and creative problem-solving • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks) • Familiar Design Thinking (preferred) and basic electronics • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams with a service mindset • Strong in verbal and written communication

How One Will Serve • Design and develop mechanical solutions for field use • Analyze system requirements and propose viable solutions • Build and test prototypes, validating performance • Collaborate on system integration and product optimization • Support production team with design revisions • Mentor interns and contribute to student initiatives • Available for occasional travel to support ministry partners
