Member Care Media Coordinator and Producer: Role Summary
Our European Office is looking for a Member Care Media Coordinator & Producer to equip, encourage and care for cross-cultural workers through digitally distributed programs with psychologists, counselors and other Member Care experts so that these workers are enabled to fulfill their calling. Coordinate audience and content research, production of new content, and distribution on digital channels.

- Ability to plan, organize and manage resources toward strategic outcomes and goals
- Competent to independently develop big-picture strategy and implement it in practical ways
- Display high professional and social abilities in dealing with others on cross-cultural teams
Responsibilities:
- Help the Member Care Director with strategic planning
- Conduct research of (potential) audience and content
- Develop relevant programming based on research
- Coordinate complete production process of new content with contributors
- Distribute (old and new) content on digital platforms
- Assist in fund development for Member Care Media
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or comparable experience) in media, business, theology, social science, cross-cultural studies, or a related discipline
- Experience in radio/media production and distribution
- Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
