The Men’s Ministry Director provides shepherding and leadership to the Men’s Ministry. Specifically, Men’s Bible Study, Men’s forums/weekends, and Men’s connect events.
Job Description
Job Responsibilities Lead and execute Men’s ministry at The Village Church. Create avenues of discipleship through the lens of connect, catalyze, and formation. Provide support for other formational and equipping classes. Collaborate with other ministry leaders for the sake of holistic disciples General ministry responsibilities as needed (hospital visits, weddings, funerals, etc.) Qualifications and Requirements Agree with The Village Church’s Expectations of Membership, Statement of Faith and commit to exhibit a lifestyle that is consistent with the same Model the biblical character of a minister/deacon (1 Timothy 3) 5+ years of leadership and ministerial experience Ministerial shepherding care, counsel, direction Working knowledge of biblical theology Ability to communicate effectively Administrative and organizational skills
