Holy Cross is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School English Language Arts Teacher to join the 2025-2026 school year, Christ-centered educational community. Holy Cross Lutheran School is committed to nurturing students academically, spiritually, and socially in a supportive environment rooted in Biblical principles.

Responsibilities:

• Teach ELA curriculum to students in grades grades: 6–8
• Foster a classroom culture of faith, respect, and academic excellence
• Integrate Biblical worldview into instruction and classroom management
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth
• Engage students with dynamic lessons in reading, writing, grammar, and literature
• Participate in school activities, chapels, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
• Valid teaching certification (or working toward certification)
• Strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with the school's statement of faith
• Passion for middle school students and Christian education
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior teaching experience preferred
