LakeHills Community Church in Lake Elsinore, CA is looking for the right individual to help lead our Middle School Ministry Program. This position is a paid, part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities & Duties Include:– Develop and lead weekly youth group meetings

– Teach and lead Bible studies– Help recruit, train, and supervise volunteers– Collaborate with other church staff and ministries to integrate youth activities into the larger church community – Communicate regularly with parents and keep them informed about upcoming events and activities– Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all youth– Encourage youth participation in church services and activities– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments

Desired Qualifications & Skills:– Received or Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Christian Ministries, or a related field– Experience working with youth in a church or related setting– Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to work collaboratively with church staff and volunteers– Proven leadership and organizational abilities– Creative and committed work ethic– Sensitivity to the diverse needs and backgrounds of youth– Commitment to the mission and values of the church– Strong personal faith and understanding of Christian teachings– Ability to mentor and build relationships with youth– Ability to pass a background check
