Suncrest Christian Church aims to see the lives of students (6th-8th grade) changed by Jesus in increasing numbers, including both students from Suncrest and those in our local schools/communities. Ultimately, the church wants these students to be used by God to change lives themselves.

The middle school pastor will be a hungry leader who will recruit, develop, and lead other leaders and volunteers. Suncrest Christian Church believes partnership with willing parents will maximize impact.

Suncrest Christian Church is looking for an individual who has a proficient understanding of youth culture, students, and parents. The Middle School Pastor should be a bold change agent who pursues strong, healthy results, and values working on a team alongside the kids director & high school pastor.

Suncrest, located 45 minutes from downtown Chicago, has an average weekly attendence of 1300 in-person/450 online. The church prioritizes constantly getting younger. Children's and Student Ministry are openly championed. Suncrest Christian Church is an outward church that believes the 99 should risk and sacrifice for the 1 and have an anticipated relocation to newly constructed facility in 3-7 years.
