DeSoto Hills Baptist Church, Southaven, Mississippi, is seeking a full-time Minister of Discipleship/Administration. The position will focus on overseeing the administration of the building and developing a discipleship program.

Duties: 1. Serve as chief administrator of the church. a. Building Oversight b. Staff Advisor to the Pastor 2. Coordinate Sunday School. 3. Plan Wednesday night small groups and selected Bible study curricula. 4. Train members in evangelism and coordinate the church's outreach and in-reach efforts. 5. Work with ministry teams as directed by the Senior Pastor. 6. Cooperate with the pastor in providing pastoral care through hospital visits, funerals, pre-marital counseling, weddings, etc. 7. Help prepare an annual budget for the Church and appropriate ministries. 8. Develop benevolence policies and administer assistance to people in need. 9. Manage maintenance and compliance issues for church buildings, grounds, and buses. 10. Collaborated with appropriate teams and individuals to organize the church security team and develop standard operating procedures for medical, civil, and natural disaster emergencies. 11. Other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
