We are seeking a passionate and talented Music Minister to lead our music ministry and enhance the spiritual experience of our congregation through music. The Music Minister will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of music within the church, including leading choirs, organizing musical performances, and collaborating with other ministry leaders. We would also prefer the individual be able to play piano, but this isn't a dealbreaker.

Duties:– Lead and direct musical performances during church services and special events– Select appropriate music pieces that align with the church's message and themes– Rehearse and train choir members and musicians– Coordinate with other ministry leaders to integrate music into overall worship experience– Educate and mentor choir members to enhance their musical abilities– Communicate effectively with the congregation to encourage participation in musical activities

Experience:– Proven experience as a Music Minister or similar role in a religious setting– Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire choir members and musicians– Ability to educate and mentor individuals in music theory and performance– Excellent communication skills to engage with congregation members effectively
