Key Responsibilities:

– Music Ministry:

– Plan, coordinate, and lead all aspects of the music ministry, including worship services, special events, and seasonal programs.

– Direct the church choir, praise team, and other musical ensembles, fostering a spirit of collaboration and creativity.

– Select and arrange music that aligns with the church's vision and enhances the worship experience.

– Education Ministry:

– Develop and implement educational programs for all age groups, including Sunday School, Bible studies, and discipleship classes.

– Recruit, train, and support volunteer teachers and leaders to create a thriving learning environment.

– Collaborate with church leadership to ensure that educational initiatives align with the church's mission and vision.

Qualifications:

– A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission of the church.

– Proven experience in music ministry, including proficiency in vocal and instrumental performance.

– Experience in educational ministry, passionate about teaching and mentoring others.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.

– A degree in music, education, or a related field is preferred but not required.
