Fairview Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking their next worship leader. This person should be passionate about Christ, his church, and the endless advancement of the kingdom of God. This position plays a key role in our church leadership. This person will be responsible for cultivating an atmosphere of worship and fostering spiritual growth in leading the current and next generation in worship. · Collaborate with the pastor to plan Sunday and special worship services.· Lead the church in cooperate worship on Sunday mornings.· Lead practice with our worship team.· Train and equip the sound and media team.· Provide opportunities for those in the congregation to use their gifts.
