The First Baptist Church of Ponchatoula, Louisiana is starting a search for a new full-time Minister of Music. The position will be officially open in June of 2025 as the current Minister of Music retires.

First Baptist Church of Ponchatoula is a growing, thriving church that averages 450+ in multiple worship services every weekend. The church is located in the Northshore region of New Orleans, a 45ish minute drive from either New Orleans or Baton Rouge.

The Minister of Music has the opportunity to minister to the congregation as well as lead worship in multiple services, work with a choir, orchestra, worship team, media team, and other groups.
