Job Description:

North Fairfield Baptist Church in Fairfield, Ohio, a northwest suburb of Cincinnati, is prayerfully pursuing a candidate to serve as the next Minister of Students and Missions. The Minister of Students and Missions will serve the church by strategically discipling and shepherding students from 6th through 12th Grades, serving and supporting parents in the spiritual development of their children, and assisting in creating and maintaining a thriving missions and outreach ministry.

Position Qualifications:

Qualifications (Character and Conduct) A) Education o Meet at least one of the educational paths listed below. ▪ Bachelor's in divinity, theology, or student ministry ▪ Bachelor's degree in another field with some seminary or student ministry experience

B) Experience o Three to five years of experience in a church leadership role with experience in student ministry strongly preferred. Paid experience not necessary. C) Character and Conduct Note – Not meeting these qualifications is grounds for discipline and dismissal ▪ Of sound personal integrity. Setting a biblical example of the church body and the community. ▪ Must serve the church and other fellow staff members under the direction of the pastors/elders as a united team. ▪ Meet and maintain the qualifications in 1 Timothy 3:1-13. ▪ Will abide by his employment covenant, the church's membership covenant andInterested candidates should email a resume and cover letter to [email protected].
