Quaker Gap is seeking a person who has a passionate heart for God who will work hand in hand with parents to encourage and pass on a thriving legacy of faith in Jesus Christ to the next generation of our children and youth.

· Full-time position, salary negotiable based on experience and education

· Displays a strong relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in conformity with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1

· Demonstrates a strong calling to train and build up the body of Christ, possessing spiritual giftedness in teaching, shepherding, leading and exhibiting a genuine heart for evangelism

· Adheres to and fully supports Quaker Gap's Statement of Faith (2000 Baptist Faith and Message) and Mission Statement

· Previous ministry experience and a bachelor's degree or higher preferred
