Our multi-generational congregation values both the timeless truth of the Gospel and the creative use of modern tools to communicate it clearly. As Minister of Worship and Media, you'll lead our church in vibrant, Christ-centered worship each week, while also overseeing and enhancing our media ministry—from live streaming to social media. You'll work closely with our Senior Pastor and serve as part of a collaborative, Christ-loving team. You'll have the support of a talented worship team (including drums, bass, guitar, piano, keyboard, and vocalists) and the freedom to shape and expand a healthy, growing ministry. Key Responsibilities: Lead the church in dynamic, Gospel-driven worship every week. Oversee all worship elements—from planning music to guiding vocalists and instrumentalists. Strengthen age-specific worship opportunities for kids, students, and senior adults. Supervise all worship and media volunteers and any paid ministry staff. Oversee and improve weekly livestream, audio, lighting, ProPresenter slides, and visuals. Use media and social platforms to tell the story of what God is doing in and through FBC. Assist with funerals, weddings, special services, and hospital/home visits as needed. Serve as a creative partner in planning services and church-wide events. Qualifications: A heart for the local church and a calling to lead worship and media ministry. Proven ability to engage and lead across generations. Musical ability and experience directing teams (instrumentalists and vocalists). Familiarity with worship software like ProPresenter and livestream technology. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in media, social media strategy, and digital outreach preferred.
