We're looking for a full-time Minister of Worship Arts who, under the direction of the Senior Pastor, will...

• Oversee the execution of all aspects of our contemporary worship service, serving as the organizational and spiritual leader of that ministry.
• Serve as the Music & Worship Ministry's full-time staff representative and "voice" in staff meetings and planning sessions.
• Meet weekly with the Senior Pastor and Minister of Traditional Worship to plan, coordinate, and implement creative elements in both the traditional and contemporary services that will enhance the worship experience for our church congregation as a whole.
• Provide ministerial care (encouragement, praying for, etc.) to contemporary worship musicians and volunteers.
• Work with the Minister of Traditional Worship, Children's Ministry Associate, Student Ministry team, and others, to cast a vision for the church's Music & Worship Ministry on a multi-generational level and provide leadership over the church's "next generation" music and worship efforts (i.e., children's choirs, student choirs, student bands, etc.).
• Lead in the Music & Worship Ministry's songwriting process as needed/desired.
• Assist the Director of Communications and the Director of Media & Technology with producing and deploying creative content (i.e., photography and videography, script writing, social media, etc.).
• Assist the Connections Minister, Director of Communications, and others in planning and executing special events, especially those that unite our traditional and contemporary services.
• Lead outreach efforts to creatives in Greater Nashville, working to create spaces for creatives to deepen their faith while inspiring and enabling them to engage the world excellently through their craft.
