FBC New London, MO is seeking a bi-vocational minister of Worship.

Responsibilities include:

1. Provide leadership, vision, and passion for Christ in the area of worship and music

2. Coordinate with the Lead Pastor to plan and lead worship. This includes leading the Sunday worship services and overseeing the worship team, choir, vocalists, and instrumentalists. This also includes preparing and leading rehearsals and practice while consulting with the Lead Pastor to coordinate music.

3. Develop and administer an annual budget for the worship ministry in accordance with the finance committee.

4. Assist in planning, leading, and implementing worship for special services outside of the regularly scheduled Sunday services as occasions arise.

5. Coordinate weekly with sound/media team regarding order of worship, special events, and schedules.

6. Serve as chair of music committee

7. Oversee music library, equipment, and instruments.
