Columbus Avenue Baptist Church is searching for a dynamic college minister to lead our fast growing and impactful college ministry in Waco, Texas. Reaching unchurched students, making disciples, and sending Christian missionaries all over the country and world is the aim of our Avenue College Ministry. Preferred applicants will have three years of staff college ministry experience, giftedness in leadership development and in teaching, familiarity with community group/student-led small group strategies, and campus evangelism.
