We are a vibrant, growing, multi-generational, multi-ethnic congregation in Lumberton, NC. We are looking for a person called by God to join our pastoral team and oversee the areas of student ministry and discipleship. Our Church currently has a Christian Academy with over 300 students, creating opportunities for discipleship on an every day basis. Our staff works together in a spirit of unity and collaboration to accomplish our purpose of loving God, loving each other, and loving our world. This pastoral position requires someone who is passionate about:

-biblical, expository preaching

-student ministry geared towards grades 7 – 12

-creating discipleship groups to help facilitate spiritual growth and accountability for church members

-overseeing LIFE Group ministry (Sunday School) and equipping leaders to be most effective

-birthing new groups to reach a growing congregation

-ministering to a community of those in need of the gospel who come from a variety of backgrounds, ethnicities, and socio-economic statuses.
