First Baptist Church of White Hall, AR is looking to fill the position of Minister of Students. This position involves an intentional approach to the spiritual development of students in grades 6-12. This includes leading weekly programs and events. The minister will work with a Youth Committee to plan and participate in programs and events. The minister will also lead, train, and equip volunteers in various responsibilities throughout the ministry. The minister will also need to communicate and minister to parents of students. The minister will be expected to attend and support community, athletics, and school events to engage students and their families. The minister will cooperate with other ministries of the church, specifically children as they transition into the youth group. The current average number of students attending on Wednesday night is 40-50. The number of adult volunteers is around 30-35.
