Responsibilities: – Provide leadership and guidance to youth groups and activities. – Mentor young individuals in their spiritual journey and personal growth. – Offer crisis intervention and bereavement support when needed. – Plan and organize engaging events and activities for the youth community. – Conduct Christian counseling sessions to address spiritual and personal challenges. – Collaborate with other ministry leaders to coordinate programs and initiatives. – Communicate effectively with youth members, parents, and church staff. – Educate youth on Christian values, beliefs, and teachings.
