Our Minister to Youth/Associate Pastor will develop and implement a plan to reach youth(grades 6-12) with the Gospel, teach saved youth to live out their faith, train maturing youth in how to use their spiritual gifts and their talents to serve the Lord, send the more spiritually mature youth into a variety of opportunities to gain experience ministering to other: and will assist and support the senior pastor in various tasks and projects as needed.
