About FBCVA & This Role First Baptist Van Alstyne (FBCVA) is a historic Baptist church that has served the Van Alstyne community for over a century. Over the last 5 years, FBCVA has undergone rapid change and growth.

The Ministry Operations Coordinator, under the direction of the Lead and Associate Pastor, will support the operation and coordination of all church ministries primarily in an administrative and organizational capacity to allow more bandwidth and time for the Pastors and Ministers to be more effective in their roles. FBCVA views this role as integral to the spiritual and organizational health of the church. This person should have a proven history of a deep love of God, people, and His church.
