Christ Community Church, a vibrant and growing church in the Charlotte, NC suburbs, is currently seeking applicants for our Residency Program. This program is designed to equip individuals for vocational ministry by providing hands-on experience in key ministry areas while helping advance the mission of Christ Community Church.

About the Program:Beginning in 2025, we are seeking residents who are passionate about making gospel-centered disciples for the glory of God. Residents will collaborate closely with a pastor in their respective ministry area, gaining valuable experience tailored to their unique skills and goals. Together, we will develop a personalized job description that equips you with the necessary tools to take your next step in ministry.

What We're Looking For:We're seeking individuals with a shepherd's heart, a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates aspire to full-time ministry and are prepared to contribute meaningfully to our church's mission.

Program Details:

• This is a temporary, two-year residency program with the potential to lead to long-term employment.
• Residents receive a monthly stipend and are also responsible for raising additional financial support. We provide training, coaching, and resources to help you succeed in this aspect.
• Christ Community is committed to equipping residents with practical experience and spiritual growth opportunities.

• Agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
