At First Baptist Church of Denham Springs, Louisiana, evangelism is a vital part of who we are. As a growing church our desire is to reach our local community, state, nation, and the world with the Gospel. To that end we are searching for candidates for our Missions and Sports Outreach Pastor.

Our purpose is to reach people with the Gospel and to lead them to be devoted followers of Jesus Christ and we're looking for a Missions and Sports Outreach Pastor to help us fulfill our purpose. Years ago God led our church to relocate to the heart of our city and since 2017 we've been in our new location. God has grown our church from an average of 400 in worship to now over 1,000 in just over seven years. Education and Experience...

Possession of a seminary degree is beneficial, but not required. The successful individual will be a strong leader with a solid work ethic, possessing a passion for missions and evangelism. We are seeking a candidate that is married. Experience working with local and/or international mission partners is a real plus. Five years of experience in leading a ministry or team is required.
