The staff position of Missions Associate is an important role within the Missions Department. The person who fills this role will be responsible for implementing the church's strategy for outreach and ministry to our local Pensacola partners and beyond. In addition, the Missions First Associate will assist the Associate Pastor of Missions with their administrative duties while also coordinating under the vision of the Associate Pastor of Missions the church's effort to engage in local missions and beyond. The picture of the person would be one with: extensive experience leading volunteer teams, a logistical acumen and a high efficacy of recruiting, training, and leading volunteers will be needed for this position.
