Job Overview

Nashua Baptist Church is seeking a bi-vocational music leader. In addition to leading from the stage for our single service on Sunday mornings, responsibilities will also include planning songs, managing other volunteer musicians, and working closely with our AV team. (Roughly 2-3 hours a week on top of Sunday responsibilities) Our church is most familiar with a guitar and vocalist lead, but we will consider piano and vocalist lead as well.

The position begins as a Director role but has the potential to turn into a Pastor/Elder role with the right candidate.

Job Description

Working with the Elders to plan music and other elements of the Sunday morning gathering

Responsibility of leadership from the stage

Managing volunteer musicians and vocalists

Working with the AV team to provide all necessary resources for Sunday mornings
