The Worship Leader assists the Senior Pastor in accomplishing Dorcas Wills Memorial Baptist Church's (DWMBC) vision and mission as it relates to worship through music and related media. The Worship Leader's primary goal is to develop passionately devoted followers of Jesus Christ through music.

Qualifications:

• Exhibit the Biblical example found in Titus 1:5-9 and 1 Timothy 3:1-7
• A demonstrated call to ministry
• Appropriate knowledge, skills, and ability in relevant area
• Ability to lead congregational worship in a blended mix of traditional and contemporary music styles
• A working understanding of latest trends regarding creative arts, mass media, communication, presentation equipment and associated technologies (software, microphones, etc.)
