This full-time role will facilitate worship through music and liturgy at The Town Church in Fort Collins, CO.

Qualifications

• • Participating member of The Town Church or in process of becoming one
  • Meets Biblical qualifications of an elder (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9). The Town Church believes the role of an elder is specifically held by gifted and qualified men
  • Has a proven ability to lead others musically in worship
  • Joyfully shares The Town Church's doctrinal convictions and vision for our corporate worship

Job Description

• Facilitates worship through music and liturgy at The Town Church
  • Ensures consistent and quality Spirit-sensitive worship week-to-week, band-to-band
  • Recruits / trains / coaches / schedules / shepherds band members
  • Supervises volunteer worship leaders and a/v team members
  • Coordinates the liturgy week-to-week (song selection, Call to Worship, Assurance of Pardon, readings, prayers, etc.)
  • Oversees a/v elements (consistent and quality audio mix, setting the stage, stocking and organizing equipment)
  • Works to grow a deep culture of worship at The Town Church for Sunday mornings and beyond
  • Plans and facilitates other opportunities to worship through music
  • Makes other resources available (library, playlists, blog, etc.)
  • Influences vocabulary, expectations, approach
