The Worship Pastor will provide spiritual and musical leadership for the worship ministry by creating an environment where people can encounter God through meaningful worship experiences for our two worship services. This role includes planning, coordinating, and leading worship services, overseeing worship teams, and nurturing the spiritual development of team members. The Worship Pastor will work collaboratively with church leadership to align the worship ministry with the church's vision and mission.
