Position: Student Pastor – (Full-Time, Salary: Competitive, + Benefits)

We envision a joyful, growing, discipleship rich student ministry that is led by a host of adultvolunteers and is strategically partnered with parents. We envision a leader who is pastoral,personable, organized, & passionate about student ministry. Our Next Gen Pastor overseesNext Gen associates and interns and reports to our Executive Pastor.

• Leads & Oversees College, High School & Middle School Ministry
• Creates & Executes Annual Ministry Plan that includes all Real Life Studentactivities
• Curates & Leads Student Worship Gatherings
• Recruits, Develops & Disciples Small Group Leaders
• Identifies, Recruits & Develops Student Leaders
• Establishes & Leads Adult Leadership Teams
• Equips Parents through relationships, seminars, & resources
• Collaborates with staff team and contributes to church wide ministries
• Preaches & Provides Pastoral Care as needed
• Leads church-wide strategic initiatives & events as needed
• Other duties as assigned
