The Baptist Convention of New Mexico is seeking a Regional Missionary for the Northwest part of the state. Northwestern New Mexico is a place of immense diversity. Deserts, mountains, lakes and rivers form a beautiful landscape that is home to Anglo, Hispanic, Native and a few other peoples and their churches. The Regional Missionary will be responsible to the Baptist Convention of New Mexico (BCNM) as he serves the churches of the San Juan and Western Baptist Associations. This role will be a partnership between the churches of the Associations and BCNM. The purpose is to strengthen relationships with pastors and church leaders, and provide greater missional support to pastors and their churches. Candidates should be committed southern Baptists who are highly relational, encouraging, oriented to practical ministry and willing to drive as far as is necessary to love and serve pastors, their families and the churches.
