The Regional Missionary shall be responsible to the Baptist Convention of New Mexico (BCNM) as he serves the churches of the San Juan and Western Baptist Associations while effectively fulfilling the BCNM's purpose and vision.

This role will be a partnership between the churches of the Associations and BCNM. The purpose is to strengthen relationships with pastors and church leaders, and provide greater missional support to pastors and their churches.
