Job Overview

The Nurse Manager oversees the provision of medical services, the day-to-day operations of the medical aspects of the clinic, and medical education programs offered by Two Lines Pregnancy Clinic. The Nurse Manager also oversees regulatory compliance and professional standards of care. This position provides direct client care as needed and is under the general supervision of the Clinic Director, the Medical Director, and the Medical Advisory Group (MAG).

Job Description

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversees all medical services, ensuring delivery of optimum, high-quality care in compliance with all medical policies, procedures, and our Commitment of Care and Competence.
• Responsible for the oversight of medical staff (paid and volunteer) as they provide medical services. This includes training, supervising, monitoring and conducting performance appraisals of medical staff.
• Oversees client referrals to medical doctors and medical facilities.
• Maintains medical supplies, equipment, and testing logs.
• Provides direct client care as needed
• Works with Clinic Director to ensure appropriate scheduling and coverage for all medical roles
• Participates in medical outreach programs and education.
• Works with Clinic Director and M.A.G. To develop, implement, evaluate and update medical services.
• Cultivates relationships with area pro-life physicians and healthcare professionals.

Education & Work Experience

• Must have a BSN degree and licensed in Kansas as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a nurse manager
• OB-Gyn experience preferred
• Certification in limited ultrasound a plus (training provided, if needed)

• Experience working in a Christian/Non-Profit ministry a plus
• Bilingual a plus
• Must be a committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus who actively participates in a local, Bible-believing church, demonstrates a consistently life-affirming philosophy, and subscribes to and supports the Vision, Mission, Statement of Faith, and Policies & Procedures of Two Lines Pregnancy Clinic.
