Job Description
Position Title: Office Coordinator Reports To: Executive Director Hours: Full-Time, non-exempt 40 hours per week Compensation: $44,000 annually Location: On-site required. US Digital Outreach Center, 1400 NE 136th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684

MarriageTeam is a growing organization seeking an Office Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the operational and relational success of the MarriageTeam mission.
Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and hospitality for visitors and callers.
- Serve as a compassionate first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare and manage coaching, training, and event materials; maintain filing systems and resource inventories.
- Provide general administrative support for staff and programs, including scheduling, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist with donor acknowledgments, handwritten cards, thank-you calls, and basic donor record maintenance.
- Draft, proofread, and format communications and reports to ensure clarity and alignment with MarriageTeam's voice.
Event & Project Coordination
- Assist with planning and execution of events such as coach trainings, church engagements, and fundraising events.
- Manage event logistics including RSVPs, communications, materials, venue coordination, and follow-up tasks.
- Support team members and volunteers in ensuring smooth and effective event experiences.
Marketing & Communication Support
- Assist with maintaining the website, email campaigns, and social media presence. • Support distribution of newsletters and marketing materials, collaborating with the communications team. • Help maintain marketing calendars, databases, and contact lists. • Track and compile basic engagement metrics and feedback for reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- Alignment with MarriageTeam's faith-based mission and Christian principles, with the ability to provide prayerful support to callers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media tools.
Preferred
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in administrative or nonprofit support roles.
- Experience with donor management systems or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and email marketing software.
- Experience in event support.
